    Initial Assessment

    I will introduce you to how you are evaluated in an interview, the case structure, and the interview dynamics. Then we will do a first case and I will assess your current performance.

    2

    Analytical Skills

    You will develop your structured approach to solving a case. We will structure cases applying different approaches, and identify the most important drivers.

    Quantitative Skills

    You will strengthen your approach to facts and data. We will conduct numerical analysis with multiple steps, perform quick estimations, and understand complex quantitative relationships.

    Conceptual Skills

    You will learn how to draw creative insights and conclusions. We will run two cases to practice the inductive problem solving approach, and discuss real-life cases and the best-practices.

    5

    Mock Interview

    You will be comfortable in a real case dynamic. We will recap the learnings and do a full case, covering all the problem-solving skills. You will get a McKinsey evaluation and feedback.
